Since the entry into force of the Consumer Cannabis Act (KCanG) On 1 July 2024, the joint, non-commercial cultivation and distribution of cannabis in so-called Cannabis Social Clubs (CSC) – officially also Cultivation associations called – legal. Baden-Württemberg is already one of the federal states where the first permits have been issued.

4. Can I become a member? What are the requirements?
At least 18 years old, resident in Germany, membership in only one CSC, minimum membership duration or waiting period (if applicable), membership fees or cost sharing to cover community costs. The statutes define rights and responsibilities.
