In order to fill the chamber of the vaporizer, the mouthpiece must be removed. Put chopped herbs into the chamber and then put the mouthpiece back on the vaporizer.
For particularly finely chopped herbs, it is recommended to place one of the enclosed sieves in the heating chamber to avoid clogging the chamber.

Endless timer: The session can be extended by 2 minutes by double-clicking the power button.

Place bubbler on a flat surface and slowly fill with water. When the bubbler is full, the excess water runs out the bottom. Before use on the vaporizer, pull the bubbler once to make sure the excess water has drained away. 

The best way to clean the bubbler is with water and a little dish soap. To do this, remove the rubber stopper so that the water can flow out.

The remaining water can be removed by blowing into the top.

Mouthpiece: can be cleaned with alcohol / isopropanol. Please note that the mouthpiece should only be placed on the vaporizer when it is dry.

Heating chamber: can be cleaned with the included cleaning brush. Or with a cotton swab soaked in isopropanol. Please make sure that the cotton swab is only slightly moistened; it should not be dripping with liquid.

Remove the mouthpiece from the vaporizer, turn it upside down and loosen the rubber seal slightly. Remove the sieve and replace it with a new one.

Remove the mouthpiece from the vaporizer so that the heating chamber is visible and turn the vaporizer upside down so that the screen falls out. Simply drop a new sieve into the chamber.

The sieve in the heating chamber is designed to ensure that the chamber does not become clogged, especially with very finely chopped herbs.

First you put the sieve in the chamber, then the herbs on top and finally you screw the mouthpiece back onto the vaporizer.

If you use our dosing capsules, it is not absolutely necessary to use the sieves for the heating chamber.

Stilus / Stilus Pro Convection / Stilus Pro Conduction: Unscrew the battery compartment of the vaporizer from the thread and remove the battery.

Convectum: Open the flap on the stand side of the vaporizer and remove the battery.

You use the cotton wool if you want to evaporate oil. Simply drip a few drops of oil onto the cotton and you can start vaporizing. 

If you vaporize wax, the cotton can be removed

To turn the vaporizer on and off, press the power button three times (quickly).

No, the chambers of the Stilus Pro Convection and Stilus Pro Conduction have the same volume size, but different formats. 

Therefore, you should make sure that the dosage capsules are suitable for your device. 

To charge the vaporizer, the battery must be in the device. Then plug the USB-C cable into a suitable power source and the Micro USB-C port into the appropriate socket on the vaporizer.

Normal Mode (N): set any temperature using the plus and minus buttons. Once the temperature is set, your vaporizer will heat up to the desired temperature. The temperature can also be changed later.

Time mode (T): you can set a starting temperature using the plus and minus buttons. After you have chosen a desired starting temperature, you can now select an end temperature, also using the plus and minus buttons. You always confirm the desired temperatures by pressing the power button. Now you set the duration of your session, also using the plus and minus buttons and confirmation via the power button. Your vaporizer then heats up to the starting temperature and warms up to the final temperature over the desired period of time.

Stilus Pro Conduction / Stilus Pro Convection: press the power button once to see how much time is left.

Convectum: the timer on the Convectum is permanently visible during the session.

The glass on the mouthpiece is very tight. You get it out by twisting and pulling.

Another option is to loosen the sieve on the mouthpiece and press it out from below.

The Stilus Pro Convection and Stilus Pro Max differ in the volume of the heating chamber. The chamber of the Stilus Pro Max is larger than that of the Stilus Pro Convection.

The gram amounts refer to pure cannabis, which is enough to make you higher.

Basically, the perfect temperature setting varies from user to user. It also depends on what you vape.

For cannabis flowers, we recommend vaporizing between 160°C - 220°C.

Or you can use our time mode, where you choose a start and end temperature.

If the LEDs on your Stilus / Stilus Mini all flash red, it means that the battery is weak and the device needs to be charged.

The LEDs must light up during the charging process. If all LEDs are green, the device is fully charged.

If the LEDs do not light up when charging, there are two options:

1. Check battery contacts (not on the Stilus Mini, as it has a built-in battery)

2. Try a different charger and, if necessary, a socket.

A dosing capsule is not included in the scope of delivery. These are optional and not mandatory.

However, we recommend using dosing capsules for your vaporizer, as these protect the chamber, among other things.

Unfortunately, Paypal, Klarna and many other payment providers do not support our products. Therefore, unfortunately we can only offer payment by bank transfer and credit card.

This depends heavily on the herbs and temperatures you use. As soon as you no longer feel any effect and no more steam is visible, you should change your herbs.
