Mary Jane Berlin 2025 took place from 19 to 22 June in the Messe Berlin Europe’s largest cannabis event with over 60.000 visitors, 500+ exhibitors and a varied program of Conference, trade fair and festival

🔥 Trade Fair: Expo & Conference

The actual trade fair, with over 500 exhibitors, ran from Friday to Sunday. Its focus was on cannabis products, vaporizer technology, medicinal cannabis, hemp cosmetics, cultivation equipment, food, textiles, and more. The conference also offered a high-profile program with over 90 speaker panels. Topics such as urban cultivation, medical applications, legal developments, and sustainable production chains were addressed. An exclusive B2B day, specifically designed for industry professionals, took place on Thursday. International representatives from over 50 countries discussed supply chains, business models, and the changing legal situation in Europe.

👋 Festival & community vibes

What sets Mary Jane apart from traditional trade fairs is its unique blend of expo and festival. For three days, artists such as Samy Deluxe, Marvin Game, Haiyti, WizTheMC, and Antifuchs provided musical highlights. The spacious outdoor area created a relaxed vibe, with food trucks, a Ferris wheel ("So High" by Zamnesia), lawns, chill zones, and a conscious no-alcohol policy. Safety was also taken into account – with free water stations, awareness teams, and barrier-free access.

HIZEN was, of course, present on-site. The focus was on our vaporizer showcase, where visitors could try out the latest devices, compare features, and learn about technical details. We also produced a wealth of content – ​​from spontaneous interviews with industry figures to humorous clips directly from the booth. Backstage impressions, short talks with exhibitors, and audience reactions were also captured live and authentically. Beyond the hustle and bustle of the trade fair, we took the opportunity for expert discussions with manufacturers, partners, and potential cooperation partners.

Behind the Scenes – Insights from the team

Our daily trade fair routine usually began well before the visitors arrived. Booth setup, technical checks, and the coordination of our content team were all in full swing. On-site, we worked closely together, networked with other exhibitors, and continuously documented the atmosphere, challenges, and small magical moments that make a trade fair like this special. Whether it was the first test of a new vape, an unexpectedly profound conversation, or simply a strong vibe with the community – for us, it was more than a marketing effort. It was a living scene.
