Cleaning & care
Clean and well-maintained. Your companion for longer.
Regular cleaning keeps your HIZEN in top condition — for full flavor, unobstructed airflow, and a long lifespan. We'll show you how to properly clean vaporizers, bubblers, and grinders in short videos.
Care pays off
Residue accumulates in the chamber, sieves, and air passages. Regular cleaning maintains consistent taste and draw characteristics—and extends the lifespan of each component.
Full of flavor
A clean chamber and unobstructed sieves ensure a clear, unadulterated taste with every use.
Free airflow
Residues constrict the airways. Regular cleaning keeps the airflow light and even.
Long life
Well-maintained components last longer. We keep spare parts in stock — repairable instead of disposable.
How to properly clean a vaporizer
Here's how to keep the chamber, mouthpiece, and screens of your HIZEN vaporizer clean — explained step-by-step in the video. Applies to all models: Convectum, Stilus Pro Max, Stilus Pro Convection, Stilus Pro Conduction, Nanu / Nanu x, and Stilus Mini.
Cleaning a vaporizer — step by step
Empty the chamber, detach the filters and mouthpiece, clean with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs, let it dry, and reassemble. The video shows each step.
Clean the bubbler
The bubbler filters and cools – therefore, it should be cleaned regularly. In the video, we show you how to clean it quickly and thoroughly. This applies to all types of bubblers, regardless of the model – whether Stilus, Convectum, or Nanu.
Cleaning the bubbler — here's how
Empty the water, rinse with warm water, shake with rubbing alcohol and a little salt if necessary, rinse thoroughly and let dry.
Cleaning a bubbler bong
The bong attachments have more volume and angle — here we show you how to clean even hard-to-reach areas.
Cleaning a bubbler bong — thoroughly & easily
Disassemble, rinse, shake with cleaning solution and salt, reaching all corners and percolators, rinse thoroughly and dry.
Clean the grinder
A clean grinder grinds more evenly and easily. Cleaning methods vary slightly depending on the material — three short videos for stainless steel, aluminum, and ceramic.
Cleaning stainless steel grinders
Robust and durable: You can thoroughly remove residues with water or a little cleaning alcohol — stainless steel easily withstands vigorous cleaning and is the only material that can even go in the dishwasher.
Cleaning aluminum grinders
The best way to clean it is with isopropyl alcohol and a brush. For heavier soiling, briefly soak in hot water, then dab with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs and allow to dry completely. Do not put in the dishwasher – this protects the surface and threads.
Cleaning ceramic grinders
Water and isopropanol are harmless — a brief soak is fine, but do not soak for long periods and do not put in the dishwasher. Remove residue only with a soft brush or cotton swab, not with sharp tools. Then allow to dry completely.
Cleaning tips for all parts
If soiled, at the latest after 5 uses.
Clean as soon as residue becomes visible — at the latest after about five uses. This ensures consistent draw and taste.
use isopropyl alcohol
Rubbing alcohol (isopropanol) reliably removes residues. Always rinse thoroughly with water afterwards.
Keep electronics dry
Never immerse the battery and electronic components in liquid — only clean removable parts with water.
Vollständig trocknen lassen
Only reassemble all parts once they are completely dry — this will prevent residue and odors.
