During convection, active ingredients are extracted by supplying hot air into the chamber. The heating is gentler and more even without burning substances.
Short answer: All of them! This makes a small vaporizer a good alternative or addition to classic herbal tea, as the active ingredients of the herbs are dissolved in concentrated form and released into the body via the lungs. You may just have to be careful that with some herbs the active ingredients do not dissolve so quickly.
